ToyBarn Sales Sync End-User License Agreement
Effective Date: July 3, 2025

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of the ToyBarn Sales Sync application, a private tool developed by ToyBarn for internal use to retrieve sales data from QuickBooks Online and BigCommerce for sales tax reporting purposes.

1. License Grant: ToyBarn grants authorized users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for internal business purposes only.
2. Restrictions: Users may not distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the application.
3. Data Usage: The application accesses sales data from QuickBooks Online and BigCommerce. Data is used solely for tax reporting and compliance, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
4. Termination: This license terminates if users violate the terms.
