About Us

Toy Barn sells toys in bulk, by the case, to the people who hand out a lot of them: schools, churches, dentist and doctor offices, hospitals, carnival and claw-machine operators, fundraisers, party planners and resellers. We have been doing it since 1987, from Goleta, California. Toy Barn is owned and run by Jack Mann.

How buying from Toy Barn works

  • Everything is sold by the case. Each product title states the size and the piece count, for example “Rubber Duckies - 2 Inch - Case of 500”, so you know exactly what arrives.
  • No wholesale account, membership or minimum. One case at the listed price is a complete order.
  • Free ground shipping to the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are quoted separately.
  • Returns: new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns.

Who we serve

  • Schools and teachers: classroom prizes, reading rewards and end-of-year gifts.
  • Dentist, doctor and hospital offices: treasure-chest prizes and comfort plush for young patients.
  • Carnival, fair and claw-machine operators: plush and prizes sized for machines and booths.
  • Churches, nonprofits and fundraisers: giveaways and event favors in quantity.
  • Party planners and resellers: goodie-bag fillers, party favors and stock for resale.

Safety and age grades

Every product page lists the product’s recommended age and any warnings, such as small parts or button-cell batteries, and the description states the same age. Our toys are sold to U.S. children’s product standards (CPSIA). If a product carries a choking-hazard warning, it is shown on the page before you buy.

Hachibis plush

Hachibis is Toy Barn’s own plush line: soft, squishy characters designed by us and baby-tested, sold individually and in sets.

What we carry

Bulk stuffed animals from 3 to 14 inches, rubber duckies for every season, squish and sensory toys, novelty toys, claw-machine and carnival prizes and holiday and seasonal toys. Browse everything in All Toys and use the filters to narrow by type, size and case pack.
